You will learn what natural and nontoxic seasonal favorites you will want to have on hand for the inevitable bumps in the road so you can enjoy the summer months to the fullest!

Hello!

I am Melissa Brown. The Essential Wellness Doc - Doctor of Chiropractic.  I am a boy mom, wife, furmom, emotion/body/belief code practitioner, essential oil & wellness educator, and lover of nature & all things non-toxic.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I acknowledge that the body has 'innate intelligence.' When given the right tools, it has the ability to heal itself.
